CARE FOR EACH STAGE
Hormones, posture, sleep and stress all change through pregnancy, after birth and across the menstrual cycle. Frank's treatment adapts to where you are, using gentle techniques and comfortable positions.
• Pregnancy: side-lying positions with pillows, and gentle techniques to ease back, hip, rib and pelvic discomfort.
• Postpartum: help with back and neck strain from feeding and lifting, posture, and a gradual return to activity.
• Pelvic and menstrual comfort: gentle external techniques for the pelvis, low back and abdomen to ease tension.
• Whole-body calm: craniosacral and nervous-system work for stress and sleep during demanding seasons of life.

YOUR COMFORT COMES FIRST
All techniques are external. Frank explains each one before he begins and works only with your consent. You can pause or stop at any time.

WHAT TO EXPECT
1. We talk: your health history, pregnancy or birth details if relevant, and what you'd like help with.
2. Gentle assessment: posture, breathing and movement, then a light hands-on assessment in a comfortable position.
3. Treatment and plan: your first treatment, plus simple stretches or positions that help between visits.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Is osteopathy safe during pregnancy? Gentle osteopathy is commonly used during pregnancy. Let Frank know how far along you are, and check with your midwife or doctor first if you have a high-risk pregnancy.

How soon after birth can I come in? Many people come in once their midwife or doctor has cleared them, often around six weeks after birth.

During pregnancy, contact your midwife or doctor right away for bleeding, leaking fluid, severe abdominal pain, a severe headache or vision changes, or reduced baby movement.
