• Living with the effects of stroke
• Neurological conditions affecting movement
• Returning to activity after a long break

EXERCISE THAT FITS YOUR LIFE
Exercises work best when they're simple, specific and realistic. Frank designs a short program around your goals, shows you each exercise, and adjusts it as you progress.
• Personalized programs: a few targeted exercises with clear instructions you can follow at home, built around what you want to get back to.
• Balance and strength: for steadier walking, stairs, and getting up from a chair or the floor.
• Stroke and neuro rehab: movement retraining, positioning and daily-task strategies drawn from hospital neuro-rehab experience.
• Hands-on care plus movement: gentle osteopathic treatment to ease stiffness, so exercises feel easier to do.
WHAT TO EXPECT
1. Your goals: what happened, what you've tried, and what you most want to get back to.
2. Movement assessment: strength, balance, flexibility and how you move through your day.
3. Treatment and program: hands-on care plus a short home program, reviewed and progressed at each visit.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Is it too late if my stroke was years ago? Many people still make progress with strength, balance and day-to-day tasks long after a stroke. The assessment will show what's realistic for you.
Can a family member come along? Yes, and it's encouraged. Caregivers often learn the most useful tips for helping at home.
Do you treat all ages? Yes. A parent or guardian attends appointments for patients under 18.
Is it covered by insurance? Exercise prescription is part of your osteopathic treatment, so it's billed as osteopathy, which most extended health plans cover.
